Register for the 7th Innovations in Transplantation Summit: Donation After Circulatory Death

April 22 – 23, 2022, in Dallas, TX

The number of organ donations following circulatory death (DCD) continues to grow in the United States and worldwide. However, DCD organs are yet to be accepted universally as a viable option to serve patients on the organ transplant waiting list.

The 7th Innovations in Transplant Summit will identify and explore effective practices on all aspects of DCD, including logistics, outcomes, innovations and ethical challenges. At the conclusion of the two-day conference, organizers from Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, and invited participants will produce consensus on best practices in DCD procurement, allocation and utilization.

Transplant surgeons, transplant physicians, transplant center administrative leadership, OPO clinical leadership, and any clinician involved in deceased donor selection are invited to attend.
